Dermot enjoys leading and being very much a team-player in a well-recognised and highly regarded legal practice. He thrives in highly pressurised and challenging work environments and is adept at managing and motivating a productive, professional and very determined legal team.

 

Dermots educational qualifications todate are: MBA from Trinity College Dublin, Degree Computer Science,  Diploma in Islamic Finance,  Diploma in Property Tax, Diploma in Commercial Litigation, Diploma in Financial Law, Certificate in Intellectual Property Rights, Certificate in Commercial Contracts, Qualified as Mediator

 

He strongly believes in the core ethos of our legal practice – Monahan Solicitors; bringing a fresh approach to law.

Following a stellar academic journey  which saw him gain 3^rd Level and Post-Graduate qualifications in business management and law, Philip embarked on a legal career  almost twenty years ago.  Philip offers our clients at Monahan Solicitors an expert and creative perspective on Conveyancing, Personal Injuries and Family Law. 

 

Philip is highly-recognised for his particular analytical skills and is expert at briefing counsel prior to all-important Court appearances.

 

Marion joins the Monahan Solicitor’s Team with over twenty years legal experience to rely on. She has worked with many of the country’s leading legal practices in a wide variety of roles. Marion is particularly skilled in office management and administration where she provides high-quality support to our three-strong solicitor legal team.

 

Marion is a great addition to our Monahan Legal Team – our valued clients can expect nothing but the very best by way of organisational and project planning skills.
